Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the US, is an actor. Sheedy made her debut as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. In the years since, she's been on WarGames from 1985. She also appeared in The Breakfast Club in 1986, and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for the best female leading role. The reason for this was her portrayal as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than 20 years. She started her career in film through the crime film Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was quite appreciated. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie that also featured a number of famous actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, after her success on screen she starred as a character in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The movie was directed by John Hughes is considered one among the most memorable high school films ever made. Although the budget was just $1 million, its profits surpassed the mark of $50 million. In the meantime the actress began appearing on various TV shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first TV appearance. The show was targeted at teens which began in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows she appeared in. in Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. She is also as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being only a short cameo. Sheedy's amazing performances have won numerous accolades, such as the MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
