Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Reykjavik, Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie became the very first female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. In both 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media celebrity. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman to have won the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012 In addition, she is known for winning in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was brought up through her mother and father in Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid she was a huge lover of exercise and sports. She took part in a variety of school competitions and was awarded a variety of medals. As of 2009, she competed in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years (as of 2021). She's 5' 7" tall, and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started her CrossFit adventure in California in 2009. She did well in her first competitions and was in the top 10 out of 70. However, she was unable to claim any titles but ended up in 11th place on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. In the following year she again participated in the CrossFit competitions and due to her dominant performance she won the contest becoming the first woman to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games. Annie's outstanding performance in 2012 helped her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she was able to win consecutively. The silver medal was awarded in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she was awarded a Bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer as well as a trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. Annie's rising popularity as an athlete has led her to become the spokesperson for many sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie", with over a thousand followers. The channel is where she uploads videos about training diet, family life and traveling.
